We Just Wanna Be Loved

I’ve always been an unfortunate (read: hopeless) lover of the idea of romance, grand gestures, and movies about love. From When Harry Met Sally to It’s A Wonderful Life to Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, I watch them all repeatedly and live vicariously through each and every gorgeous cinematic moment as they unfold (other classic girly sob-fest favorites include Titanic and The Notebook but I figured those go without saying).

I happened upon the trailer for Like Crazy, seen below, and it seems to have the makings of a beautiful piece – bound to make me cry and wallow in self-pity. Yet I wouldn’t want it any other way.

Also, listen to this song by Ben Rector – it’s brilliant and it’s the inspiration behind the title of this post.
